Looking for somebody as remote part time job or per module

Hello to all,
We are in phase I for developing an Arabic website for a charity community, and this website contains quite few modules,
Currently they have a running website on a cms developed using code fusion, and that has a lot of limitation,

Now we decided, to go for the best for the one I trusted. I have been developing on Drupal and testing the features and capabilities that can be achieved using drupal. and I know it's capable.

but unfortunately, I'm not going the developer I have one developer trained by me. I will be the project manager and he is going to the coding and customization stuff.
but I'm in feeling that we might be in need for third hand who has experience in module and theming development.

As he will be remotely working, there is no problem to have the communication in English, even the development.
