There is error, when no category is created

Issue Summary

For the maintainers,

I get some php and mysql warnings, when there is no category created and/or assigned.

I think you have to write a condition to check whether there is any category created or not, and if there is no category then do nothing else perform the required function.

Hope, it is clear what i mean to say.
