Donate Button on profile pages

I've posted this on the forum, but realised it may not be the appropriate place:

I apologise in advance if this is not the appropriate way of doing it.

I've been learning to use Drupal for the last few days and have found it very useful and the information provided pretty exhaustive.

I'm working on a site for a charity that needs to allow its users to set up individual profiles (which I have done using the instructions set out here http://drupal.org/node/35728) and for them to be able to accept donations (which go to the charity's central account).

So far I've installed the Ecommerce module, but am uncertain how to make a donation button appear on each users page. I've also installed the Donation module, but just need to make it appear on a users page (and some how record which user the donation went to).

Anyone have a solution already?
