Big block of red writing after installation

I am having issues with installation. After the configure site phase the following message comes in scholar flavour.

Notice: Undefined index: confirm_popup in confirm_popup_form_alter() (line 151 of C:\xampp\htdocs\openscholar\sites\all\modules\custom\confirm_popup\confirm_popup.module).

Notice: Undefined index: #columns in formcolumns_form_alter() (line 84 of C:\xampp\htdocs\openscholar\sites\all\modules\custom\formcolumns\formcolumns\formcolumns.module).

Thereafter all hell breaks loose and when the installation finishes it has large block of red section with all so many failure mentioned.

I am running OpenPublish 2.0-RC1 on xampp in a Window machine.

I have already modified the php.ini to

max_execution_time = 600
max_input_time = 600
memory_limit = 128M

realpath_cache_size = 2M

Before that it was that just crashing but I have this problem. Help?
