Issue Summary
Looks like the preview buttons of the content creation pages don't update the side contents, only the submit buttons. (This could be due to some cache problems, though.)

I've just uploaded a new update of the 4.6 version of module, which fixes this problem.
Should be available within 24 hour of this post.
