node_rewrite_sql() error

drupal v. 4.5,

taxonomy.module cvs 1.67 and taxonomy_menu.module cvs v 1.11.2.1

i got the vocabulary listed on the menu, but when i click on it i get this error.

The vocabulary has terms on it.

Call to undefined function: node_rewrite_sql() in modules/taxonomy.module on line 839

i dont think there is any compatibility issue with taxonomy.module was working fine with other module including menu.module.
