Short term apartment rentals

I'm looking for the best solution in Drupal to make Short term apartment rentals website.
Any visitor would have the possibility to add his own apartment on the website, and will be in charge to add the availability and prices according to date.

I have the feeling that Rooms module has been more designed for hotel only ?

Each apartment needs a lot of information: size, number of bedrooms, capacity, bathrooms, location, facilities...

The website would certainly charge only a percentage of the rent amount. (The commission for the website.)

If Rooms is adapted to these kind of website, I would be really glad to have more information on how to use Rooms for my specific use case.
