After enabling "Aggregate and compress CSS files" on my production site mix and match does not seem to work and all theming is lost. This seems to happen only with the mix and match theme, all other themes work with this option enabled.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I am unable to replicate this behavior and really have no idea why that would be happening. Did you ever resolve this?

As noted on the project page, this theme has been switched over to use AdaptiveTheme due to recent lack of support for the Fusion base theme. I will not be doing any bug fixes/future releases of the Fusion-based version. If you find the problem you describe occurs with the new release of the theme, please post this again as a new issue and I will investigate. Thanks, and apologies for the inconvenience.
