The current twitter_bootstrap_ui.info says I

dependencies[] = libraries (2.x)

which obiously it gets the message but also makes it impossible to install since there is no libraries (2.x) module in the drupal universe. This makes impossible to install twitter_bootstrap_ui from drush, drush make, etc.

The workaround is to simply remove the (2.x) from the info file.

This is not breaking anything but since this bug prevents the module from being installed I'm creating this with a major priority.
