Add to the module description

Great module; seems to be working like a charm on a site I'm currently developing. It would be nice if you added some language to your description or added a _help to the module telling us where to find the option to allow or block content types from search. I found it but it took a few minutes of head scratching and looking through the admin/ menus to figure out it was on the content type edit page.
