More Options to Custumize Feed Items in Blocks

Hi,

Currently I have several blocks that contain aggregated feed items. At the moment the blocks only display the feed title. Would it be possible to implement an option so I can add more fields, like the feed's source, or the date, in the block as well? Before I used the core Aggregator module for this, and had to "hack" the code to get those extra info to display. Is it possible to specify the number of feeds we want to display to more than what it currently is (20 I think)? Not sure if this is more a limitation due to the Block, or if it can be accomplished.
