after install the new module, upload flv file to files/video_import and run cron.php, every thing is perfect.
I can find flv and thumbnail in the files folder, but how to use them.
I try to use [video:fids= ], but there is no fids before the files name.
so how I can output these videos, thanks.

It should be creating new nodes and attaching those videos to those nodes. Go to Administer >> Content and see if it created new nodes... If so, then you can just use [video:node=45] to show your video where you would replace 45 with whatever node was created from that import. Let me know if you need any more help.
