White Screen when deactivating Omega sub-theme

After installing Omega, I created a sub-theme and everything worked just fine. For some reasons, I had to change back my theme to Bartik. But If I try to deactivate my useless Omega sub-theme, I got a White Screen of Death. Is there a proper way to uninstall an Omega sub-theme ?
