Content type plugin for Chaos Tools

Sorry to get to this issue so late. I just wrote it myself since I (finally) needed heartbeat again in a project.
I'll add it later in the heartbeat project. It will include all the good things from my patch and your patch.

So thank you very much. I'll close this issue as soon as it's in.

I will also try create one patch and let merge it.

I am working on this. No need to have 2 people create the same thing :)
