gisleSorry for the long lag time responding to this support request. To move forward with this, we need more information.
It would be helpful to be able to review the project. My guess is that it the support request refers to Social Space (a sandbox created two and a half years ago). Please confirm that this is the case (or point us to the correct project).
Looking at the tree, I see that it currently contains code from third parties (e.g. Google - http://cgit.drupalcode.org/sandbox-ic-labs-1720578/tree/lib/google-api-p...) that is licensed under Apache 2.0. The Apache 2.0 is not currently whitelisted as a GPLv2+ license, which means that you shall ask for an exception. You request is currently tagged with the component "Exception request", so it is on the right track, but there is a huge backlog, and it will probably take the LWG some time to process these.
In the meantime, the current policy is that Apache 2.0 is not permitted. If you want to proceed with this project without waiting for a review of the exception request, you need to remove all the third party libaries and instead provide download instructions (as you have already done).
Finally, the request is more than two years old, and so is the project. Can you please conform that you are still working on this. If the sandbox is now abandoned, there is probably not much point in keeping the exception request in an active state.

gisleThree weeks has passed without any new information from requester.
Assuming that the an exception is no longer needed, and closing.
Feel free to reopen if this is still requested. In that case, please also supply the information requested in #5.
