Hi!

I'm a newbie to Drupal. I'm trying out Drupal in my Desktop. Is it possible to create a block to Display user's blog url and profile url? Is this possible using Tokens Module? Or Any other method?

No, this is not possible at the moment, sorry. And if it were, it wouildn't be a feature of token module
