Because of missed dot in the code of template.php the $closure variable is replaced instead to be extended. As a consequence all scripts called in the end of page load are broken - for example, Ckeditor.

Attached one-symbol patch solves this problem.

Confirmed this fixed my issue of CKEditor not showing when editing nodes.

It is fixed in the last revision of the theme.
