Error: The parameter points may not be configured using a selector.

In 7.2 dev, I see there are two new module sub folder - rules, services. These do not seem to play well from an update if you use the selector in rules to assign point values. It breaks all rules which use paramters and marks them as dirty. they still fire but some of the actions within the ruleset do not.
