Is it a distro? If so, it shouldn't be listed at project/spark - this url path is for modules, correct? If it's a module, can I use it with any theme? Why would I use Spark instead of Omega or any of the other responsive themes?

It is indeed a distribution. I have made a slight tweak to the first sentence on the project page to clarify. The modules that are part of it are listed on the project page as well, below the videos describing what they do: Edit and Layout, respectively.

If you have other suggestions on how to make the project page clearer, let us know!
