Hi, I'm one of the maintainers of the recipe module. We recently got a support request ( http://drupal.org/node/171909 ) about userreview not working with recipe. I've downloaded and installed userreview on my test system, and sure enough the form appears but doesn't work, though it does on other node types. Any ideas where to start looking? (I'm happy to delve into the code of either module, but I hadn't heard of userreview until recently, so any pointers would be appreciated!)

Does userreview depend on node revision stuff? (I think we have some non-standardness in recipe in that area, but I don't recall the exact details off the top of my head.)

This version of userreview is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
