FCKEditor: How to set custom stylesheet option?

Anyone know how to setup the 'custom stylesheet' option for FCK Editor?
Is the path relative to root or theme? Tried both with no luck.. Do I need to load the style sheet somewhere else or change something in the FCK Editor core files settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
