Just updated from Sky/AdapativeTheme 2.3 to Sky 3.0-rc1 & AdapativeTheme 3.0.

The color options are not all present. The only color settings present on screen are Page Background, Text, and Links. Additionally, "Undefined index" errors similar to #1038236: Errors on setting the color scheme are appearing when I save settings.

There appear to be lots of things wrong since I upgraded, so I can't be sure what I'm missing. I've tried disabling the themes, deleting the theme_sky_% values from the variable table, hoping that would reset me to defaults, but I'm still having the same problems. It's possible that this is all related to color support, but I'm not sure.

I managed to get around this by disabling the sky theme and deleting all variables that have sky in them and then re-enabling sky and setting it as the default theme.

Updating can be tricky as per comment #1 by kehan - one thing to look out for is if you over-wrote the theme folders, this is not a good idea as the structures are a bit different and a merge might result in duplicated files and other issues. Try disabling the themes, completely deleting them and start over. You can follow this guide on a complete uninstall/re-install process:

Had the same problem - what worked for me was #1 combined with - in the sky theme settings go to : Color scheme > Color Set and select "Vanilla Sky (Default)" and save.
