I can't see the Question details either on the FAQ node display or the FAQ page.

I was able to get them to show... I had "Categorize questions" selected before I had added a Term Reference field to the node type of FAQ. Once I created the vocabulary and created a Term Reference field and assigned a term to a FAQ node, it showed up correctly.
