How can I change default marker for GMap Views? [#172311]

Sorry that this might sound easy - you could just replace the marker.png for whatever you like but it isn't working for me.

On GMap Views I can't get my own marker showing. I've played with the settings in the Marker manager but that didn't help.

Is the default marker.png being cached somewhere? I've tried to delete it and it still shows!

I am assuming you are using the Locations module as well. If you are, then in the Gmap Locations section there are settings for what your different content types should be displayed as... hope that solves your problem...

Thanks for the reply. However, I know about the Gmap Locations settings. The issue I have it's that my map is a "Gmap view" and for some reason the views only show the default marker and I understand that there aren't any settings to change that.

What's more, when I try to replace the default marker for one of my own through ftp I'm not lucky either. The default image still shows there on the map!
