On multi-site environment - when I install this module - by going to admin->modules->content-type checkbox - the confirm page does not show up. Basically it does nothing - since the underlying database does not show up the new tables.

But this works - with single site i.e. default "drupal" only database setup.

Anyway, I'm not following what you are saying.

Multi-site installs come in a variety of flavors. Which are you using? Are you using http://www.site.com/drupal1 with http://www.site.com/drupal2, etc? Or what?

Hmm, I just set up a multi-site install with 4 sites using the same code base and I don't have any problems. This leads me to think that you've done your multi-site installs incorrectly. I have one install at site1.mysite.com, another at site2.mysite.com, another at site3.mysite.com and one at www.anothersite.com. Each is working as expected so far as I can tell. I'm afraid I'll need more info on your problem if I'm to help you.
