Description
Hi there,
I just noticed that if I use the watermark module, my images lose resolution after applying it. Is this normal?
Cheers, Simon.

#1
how u used watermark on images can u give me a clear explaination abt the settings
#2
also which file format did you use: jpg, gif or png?
#3
I'm noticing this too, however the resolution of the picture doesn't change, just the level JPEG artifacts.
My Image Toolkit JPEG quality is set to 100% in Drupal.
The quality isn't terrible, but it's noticeably worse than an image without a watermark.
#4
which graphics kit is being used ? gdlibrary or imagemagik ?
#5
scratch that question, I see that the readme states to use the gdlibrary. That being said, this may be the reason.
#6
VeryMisunderstood has said it already: Watermark uses gdlibrary. Also if I remember right I've set quality on processing to 100% so we can't do anything here. Plz reopen the issue if I'm wrong.
