Hello gang,
I'm new to RSS (finally getting onboard) and I have learned that it is very hard to determine "who" is subscribing to your Feeds.
But, I have been wndering if there is anyway possible to tell which Feeds are being subscibed to?
It would be very helpful and useful to determine what Feeds are Hot and what feeds are not.
thanks -- all thoughs and suggestions are welcomed, of course
I'm currently using Site Map's RSS feed feature

Can you explain what you want to see, other then the feeds stats that xstatistics already offers?

Hello Ber,
Thank you for the reply.
The Site Map module allows you to decide which items you would like to see on the Site Map Page:
Then for each of the above, you can elect to see content count and to turn on a RSS Feed for each.
Your module allows me to see how many RSS Feed Subscribers there are – from this offering..
However, we don’t have a tool that will tell me which Feeds are subscribed to. Or better defined as – What Feeds are Hot and what Feeds are not popular.
I’m a one man band (and like most others – with limited time and resources), if I could see that the RSS Feeds for Purple Elephants was super popular and the RSS Feed for Blue Frogs was not popular. I could spend more constructive time – generating more content for the Purple Elephant RSS Feed and not so much time working on the Feed for Blue Frogs.
The general public has a mind of its own – often it is impossible to predict what they are going to want. But, if a person could test, measure and monitor --- followed up with adaptation ---well – well – well the wheel begins to roll forward at a nice speed.
Having the ability to track Category Feeds subscribers would be my personal #1 choice, followed up with Blog as #2 and Front Page as #3.. Actually, I would be excited to know anything more than I currently know.
Thinking about this in my head – the task seemed rather simple. But as I type it out – it seems rather complex. I guess this is why; no one has done it yet – anywhere.
Either way, I want to thank you for hearing this request and considering it.
Purple Elephants? I better check my BS. ;)
(I knew that piece of cake was going to mess me up)
Thanks again,
Jeff

Turning into a feature request. Note that dis does not mean that I'll actually do it, limited time here. :)
What we need is a table similar to 'referrers' and 'top pages' and the likes. Only with 'top feeds'.
