Outport multiple types to xml gives blank screen [#172372]

Using the export form:

If I attempt to export *one* of book pages or pages to XML, the output page appears and all is well.
If I attempt to export *both* book pages and pages to XML in a single operation, I get a blank page.

If this has been fixed in the -dev version, please do let me know. I will migrate.

I don't know whether this is a code issue or a UI issue. I have identified it as code, but please correct that if appropriate.

I should clarify that the export mappings page looks like it is coming up just fine. It is the either the final export step or the final render of the export that is failing. I can't tell which.

No errors of any sort appear in the apache error log.
