About Drupal,Shopping Carts and PHPEdu

My experience with Drupal is no more than 4 months old. Since then I have had a lot of fun playing with Drupal itself . In the process, I made a lot of mistakes and sometimes, I became frustrated trying to get things right.
As of today, I have every thing to recommend Drupal for as a solid framework for high-level software engineering efforts.

Current problems:
1. Over the last three months, I have also installed and configured successfully a commercial-class shopping cart application running on Drupal.
2. My second project which I am still working on is the PHPEdu applications for administering any institution of higher learning from
applying for admission through graduation,is ,indeed, amazing. The quiz module alone is worth the effort and the time it takes to get it
running.
However, I must warn that this package is not for the average guy as it does require some advanced academic background.

Problems:
Currently, I have two problems with the package:
(a) How do I process applications for admissions and clearance after the applicant has submitted his/her applications?
(b) I recently downloaded and installed an updated version of the quiz module. Since I did this , I have not been able to get quiz problems in
my quizzes even , though,the problems have been submitted?
(c)How can I configure the quiz module to give answers with feedbacks and images(right,wrong,..)?
Note: I was able to get requirements (c) right once.

My sites will be made available as soon as I get them hosted.
I would appreciate to hear from the guru who has answers to the issues raised above.
