Option to have annotation visible to node author

Maybe this already in the module, so this could also be a documentation request. Rather than merely having the admin and author of the annotation be able to see the annotation, also have the option of allowing the author of the content annotated to see the annotation. This way a student could see his instructor's annotations on his work, for example.
