When the reCAPTCHA server is not found, it currently rolls back to the simplistic Math CAPTCHA challenge. It would be neat to allow the user to choose what challenge to roll back to when the server is not available.

I have 2.5, ReCAPTCHA server is down at the moment, and it does not roll back to math. I see no way of turning this option on. I have the math captcha available to turn on.

Am I missing something?
