I'm pretty sure you can't host the YUI files in the repositary, since it's not under the GPL. If you have questions about this you should propbably contact the infrastructure people.

The cool thing is that Yahoo hosts the YUI files: http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/articles/hosting/. So potentially you shouldn't have to include the files on drupal.org, just link to he hosted files in your module. GPL wise I have no idea if that is OK, but at least they are not hosted on drupal.org.

I would love to see the YUI rich text editor included this way.

Thank you for warning.
I was not sure about that. So i exlude the yui package and give a link to yahoo also add installation instruction to install.txt.

Why did you decide to not go with the hosted file approach suggested (just curious)? (Marking as fixed so it appears on my "My issues" page, and "fixed" issues are auto-closed after a while, so it's usually not used)

While it was a license issue so i use this short way.
I will make the necessary modification to use the hosted file approach but tomorrow will be ready (4th Sep).
Need a littel bit time.
