An option to suppress the vote widget for the site administrator user #1 might be useful.

It would be nice if users weren't able to vote the site owner/administrator's posts off the front page. :)

P.S. I forgot to mention, this is a super way cool module that does exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! Too bad about the voting actions module problems, but your mini-version works great. Hope you are able to get some help maintaining this, because it's the best solution I can find for what we want to do, which is to simply let the community vote stuff off the front page.

No more features to 5.x, please take a look to the update on the project page, now 5.x is not-really-maintained.

Marking as won't fix since IMHO this feature is too specific for the module.
