Issue Summary
Flag currently represented by the language code sl (Slovenian) in the file sl.gif is not the flag of Slovenia. Slovenian flag is currently under the language code si (Sinhalese, spoken in Sri Lanka) - I don't know whose flag is currently under sl.gif.
si.gif should therefore renamed to sl.gif.

I will leave this set as "active" in case the developer wants to make the change in the flag files that are available separately.
I am changing the priority to "minor" not because I don't consider flags important but simply because they don't affect functionality. Please be aware that the developer did not create these flags himself, but used what was legally available so the issue you bring up probably originated elsewhere, and unfortunately was inadvertently propagated by this project.
Note that any and all are free to make the change--just rename the graphic. Note also that you don't need to have all the flags uploaded--just the ones you want to display.

It seems to me a different code-table is used to determine flag for given language.
