Include thumb and title in pager

Hello everybody,

First of all thank you for this awesome slider. It's really the best ;)

So here is my issue. I would like to include both a thumb image and the title of the content to the pager.
Something like this one : http://templates.eugeneo.com/network/
I saw there was also the same issue on stackoverflow : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9978088/add-text-to-nivo-control-nav-...
Does someone have an idea of how to achieve this?
