I have installed userpoints (version 5.x-2.14) on various pages and have the same problem everywhere: the transaction list on admin/user/userpoints always remains empty even if users are granted points... etc.

Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?

The transaction list only appears if moderation is on.

This may change in a future version because it is confusing to so many people.
