Add/Edit Node Panel Page - Nested Form markup

Hi,

I've created a add/edit node panel page and I've found that the generated markups have two form markup with the same id, which causes some problems with javascript (and for me, hierarchical select)

I don't know if this is a bug or if I've just misconfigured my panel page.
