This month there's a new digit in some Brazilian states phone numbers, so this patch is to solve it to Drupal 7 version of this module (I've sent a similar patch to D6 version #1710980: Brazil new phone number ).

The changes made in D7 version are the same of the D6 version available here.

There is only one problem in D7 version: missing a number in the last example of the error message, which it should be '99999-9999 ', as in the D6 version.
