Support auto expiration of comments

Description

can this autoexpire comment older than a certain date? this will allow a sort of queue for comments and older comments making way for newer if there are more than a certain comments.

Currently it applies only to nodes.

But, do you really want to delete older comments?

You can always sort comments such that newer ones are on top, and also if there are too many they will be paged.

I get way too many comments. These are not serious topics but something like what you miss etc. The comments no longer relevant after a certain time (2-3 days). So auto purge of older comments will create space for newer ones without holding space in DB. The volume is just too much (e.g there is what you miss for each city) needing automatic solution.

I will consider patches if they are submitted, but for now, I have no intention to add this feature.
