colorbox not read the file from a folder libraries

Issue Summary

I downloaded the folder from Gitt and put it in the libraries folder but is not calling me the file.
What seems to me that because I have this file jquery.colorbox.js and it jquery.colorbox.min.js

Make sure the colorbox plugin is in a folder named colorbox in your libraries folder. The README.txt also has instructions on how/where to install the plugin.

I understood why this happens. When downloaded from Gitt is no file jquery.colorbox.min.js
But when downloading from this link http://www.jacklmoore.com/colorbox/colorbox-1.3.18.zip he goes with this file jquery.colorbox.min.js
