And sow it shall have it. Facet now added to Panopoly Search.

This addition generates errors in the installation process. Need to resolve.

Moving this back to postponed. The facet works fine, but it has trouble on installation installing the right tables for taxonomy so errors get generated. I think this will take a patch to Search API or Search API DB to make sure *all* fields get installed correctly when the search index/server is initially enabled.

Here is a patch of the work that gets it working, but it doesn't cleanly install :(
