Hey All,

I'm trying to get a list of developers in the London Area who I can outsource work too, please read the below before replying.

Must have following skills / abilities

  • Fluent in PHP (You must be able to write a basic application from scratch in OOP)
  • Understanding of MYSQL and how Drupal uses it
  • Be able to deliver in a timely manner (If you take weeks to deliver don't bother to apply)
  • Have a range of examples of previous work to a high standard
  • Live within the M25 (If you don't but feel you can meet above reply anyways)

I will have a large amount work so there is plenty to go around I just need a list people I can send a project to and have it back within a reasonable time period.

That sounds pretty unreasonable to say such a thing before you agree on the time or difficulty involved. Seeing that turns me off immediately. But out of curiosity why the OOP when Drupal does not use it? Are you doing integration work with other apps written in OOP PHP?

Im asking for OOP because Drupal is based on classes and functions which are in essence OOP, If you dont have any idea about PHP and OOP what chance do you have of being able to develop using drupal.

On the time frame issue, my main point was I dont want people who will take 3 weeks to do someone which should take a few days and keep making excuses.
