Unable to see 'Add to playlist' link for audio nodes

Hi,

I am new to Drupal and am hoping someone would please point me in the right direction. I have enabled:

1. views 5.x
2. views_bonus 5.x (enabled audio_playlist)
3. audio 5.x

I've been able to create a new audio:playlist view type. Any newly created audio nodes are getting added to a playlist that is shown in the content area of every page. (I've enabled showing of block in content area for now)

I'd like to know:
1. How can I see the 'add to playlist' button for newly added audio? (I read some posts mentioning audio_attach module, but for the life of me I cannot find this module anywhere in views_bonus)
2. How can I have the option of adding an audio node to different playlists instead of a single playlist to which all my audio nodes (as soon as they are published) are getting attached?
