default_filter 5.x-2.0

This is the initial release for the module, and it includes the following features:

• Mysql and Postgres support
• Ability to set a default format per role per node type.
• Formats should stick when editing through the form or when posting through e.g. a blogging client.
• Edits to the format made through a form submission should override the default.

Note that this module does not override format/role permissions. A given role must have permission to use a given format before the default will take effect.
