I enabled the Amazon block and disabled the Amazon box but the box still shows up in old articles. This results in the same books being advertised twice.

Fixed in CVS.

Great, thanks. I need to apply this fix in my 4.5 installation. How can I apply it? Will you ship an updated 4.5 tar.gz file?
