in administer module, when trying to install currency-module (clicking "save configuration"), drupal shows "Page Not Found" (q=admin/build/modules/list/confirm).

removing the module physically don't resolve the problem. the overall system still working fine, but I would not be able to add/remove module afterwards.

the problem don't occured in my local installation (removing currency-module don't bring "page not found"). is there any tips or workaround on this issue?

I have googled but don't came up with anything handy. thanks for the support.

somehow, the problem solved by itself. I have able to save configuration when adding new modules. thankyou.
