ERROR 1062 at line 88: Duplicate entry 'copyrights_cpyid' for key 1 [#17315]

I use Drupal 4.5.2. I dropped the old copyrights table and I try to install the module (4.5.0) and I get this error when imporing the sql file:

the issue is still open for 4.5.0, although it was fixed in cvs. Could you ship an updated 4.5 module? I think it's important.

When I've updated the 4.5 branch in the past it never made it into the tar.gz download. But I'll see what I can do.

The problem is, most (all) users download the tar.gz, not from the cvs.

Since this issue is very old, perhaps we can close it. It has been filed recently on http://drupal.org/node/152293#comment-260776
