Added new feature - Ability to set space replacement.

Added the ability to choose the space replacement for the generated URLs. You may choose a dash, an underscore or no replacement. This will enable Contact categories that have hyphenated names.

Added contact_forms_update_7000() to add D7 columns to contact table
