Need Help with OG Galleries and Video

Issue Summary

I am very new to Drupal and am no coder, in fact I only have an English degree and that doesn't seem to help me much in the Drupal environment. Recently I installed organic groups module in order to set up a separately themed "blog" within our companies site. Then I installed og Galleries to sort our content. Problem is most of our content is video. So we have the video module installed. I altered the og galleries view to include video nodes and it does all this fine. But now I want the gallery view to show a thumbnail of the video much as it does for image gallery. The thumbnails are there but I can't get them to show on the view.

Is there a way I can do this with the build I have or do I have to migrate to other modules? Any help however small or large would be greatly appreciated by this Drupal noob.
