We need some API updates to be able to export the line item types handled by this module, through commerce_features.

Made commerce_custom_product_line_item_type_save() behave like commerce_product_ui_product_type_save(), allowing us to skip cache resets.

Added the commerce_custom_product_line_item_types() function.
